Day 1 Vancouver Arrival
You will be met on arrival at Vancouver International Airport and transferred to your downtown Vancouver accommodation. Admission to the Vancouver Observation Deck at Harbour Centre with spectacular views of the city, mountains and ocean is included. Overnight at The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.

Day 2 Vancouver to Kamloops, GoldLeaf Service
Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops in the heart of British Columbia's interior while enjoying the added comforts and amenities of GoldLeaf Service. Watch panoramic views of the spectacular scenery through dome windows and enjoy gourmet meals in the GoldLeaf Dining Room. On today's journey you will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the lush green fields of the Fraser River Valley, through forests and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade Mountains, to the desert-like environment of the interior. Highlights include the rushing waters of Hell's Gate in the Fraser Canyon and the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River, before you ease along the shores of Kamloops Lake into Kamloops. Day 3 Kamloops to Jasper, GoldLeaf Service
Your journey continues north and east to the mighty Canadian Rockies. Once again you will be surrounded by dramatic scenery as you follow the banks of the North Thompson River through the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains, climbing ever nearer to the high peaks of the Continental Divide. Today's highlights include Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3,954 metres (12,972 feet), as well as the climb over the Yellowhead Pass into Jasper National Park. End your rail journey in Jasper this evening. Overnight at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.

Day 4 Jasper Sightseeing
Join your driver-guide and Rocky Mountaineer Concierge for a tour of Jasper this morning. Travel in a specially designed motorcoach with extra legroom for superior comfort. Spend the afternoon at your leisure. Overnight at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, with dinner and breakfast included.

Day 5 Jasper to Lake Louise
Enjoy a full-day motorcoach tour along the Icefields Parkway, including an Ice Explorer ride at the Columbia Icefield. Overnight at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, with dinner and breakfast included.

Day 6 Lake Louise to Banff
Today, your driver-guide and Rocky Mountaineer Concierge will take you on a tour of Yoho and Banff National Parks. Visit the many highlights of Yoho National Park, including the Spiral Tunnels, Emerald Lake and a natural rock bridge. After lunch (not included), continue on to Banff National Park and see Bow Falls, the Banff Gondola and the Hoodoos. Overnight at The Fairmont Banff Springs, with dinner included.

Day 7 Banff to Kamloops, GoldLeaf Service
Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from the mountain town of Banff to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia's interior. Your journey offers you a spectacular range of scenery as you travel between the high peaks of the Canadian Rockies, over mountain passes and through remarkable tunnels, along rocky lakeshores and across the ranchlands of the interior. Today's highlights include the Continental Divide, the Spiral Tunnels, the Kicking Horse Canyon, Rogers Pass, Craigellachie where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven, and of course the glaciers and snow-capped peaks of the Canadian Rockies. Dinner is included this evening at your Kamloops hotel. Overnight in Kamloops.

Day 8 Kamloops to Vancouver, GoldLeaf Service
Your journey continues west towards the Pacific Ocean and the coastal city of Vancouver. On today's journey you will again see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the interior, through winding river canyons and forests surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade Mountains, to the lush green fields of the Fraser River Valley. Highlights include the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River and the rushing waters of Hell's Gate in the Fraser Canyon. Overnight at The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.

Day 9 Vancouver
After breakfast, transfer by private limousine to Vancouver airport, where your Golden Circle vacation ends.
