Day 1 – London
Arrive in London and use your Oyster Card to transfer via the Tube from the airport to your hotel. The London Oyster Card is an electronic smartcard loaded with 20 GBP and valid for all travel services including the London Underground, buses, and various rail lines in Zones 1-9. Overnight London.

Day 2 – London Sightseeing
This morning embark on a hop-on/hop-off London sightseeing tour, taking you to the city’s most famous points of interest as you enjoy commentary about the sights as well as learn about London’s history. Hear about the real Big Ben, get glorious views of the Houses of Parliament, and see St. Paul’s Cathedral. With over 90 stops along your route, you truly have the freedom and the flexibility to explore this world-class city at your leisure. Included with your hop-on/hop-off pass is a complimentary Thames River cruise. Overnight London. (B)

Day 3 – London at Leisure
Spend your last day in London visiting some of your favorite locations from yesterday’s sightseeing tour. Or, you may wish to take an optional day tour to destinations outside of London like Stonehenge, Oxford, or Stratford-upon-Avon. Ask a rail specialist about optional activities in and around London that can be added to your itinerary. Overnight London. (B)

Day 4 – London to York by Train
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and head to the rail station for your first-class rail journey to York. Founded by the Romans, York soon became England's Second City and has witnessed wars, peace agreements and prosperity throughout its 2,000 years of existence. Upon arrival, the remainder of the day is yours to explore the city on a hop-on/hop-off tour. Visit the magnificent York Minster (entrance fee not included) with its priceless display of stained glass; walk in Medieval streets or on the 800 year old Bar Walls; visit award-winning museums; or sample excellent restaurants and shopping facilities. Day 5 – Train to Edinburgh
This morning, make your way to the rail station for the train journey into Scotland. Overnight Edinburgh. (B)

Day 6 – Edinburgh Sightseeing
After breakfast, set off to see the most famous sights in the 7 hills of Edinburgh aboard your hop-on/hop-off tour. Points of interest include Edinburgh Castle, St. Gile’s Cathedral, and Burns Monument. Overnight Edinburgh. (B)

Day 7 – Farewell, Britain
Your British Classics vacation comes to an end after breakfast today. (B)
