Day 1 - Depart USA
Overnight flight to Copenhagen.*

Day 2 - Arrive Copenhagen (2 nights)
Welcome to Copenhagen! We will meet with our Tour Director and fellow passengers this evening to enjoy a Welcome Drink. Later, there is time to take a stroll around the picturesque old town.

Day 3 - Copenhagen sightseeing and at leisure
This morning our guided tour features the statue of Hans Christian Andersen’s Little Mermaid, the Renaissance Stock Exchange, the royal Amalienborg Palace and the Christiansborg Palace, the home of the Danish Parliament. Tonight, why not visit the famous Tivoli Gardens and enjoy a traditional Danish dinner? (Buffet breakfast)

Day 4 - Copenhagen – train – Stockholm (2 nights)
This morning we are transferred to the station to board our train which will speed us to the Swedish captial, Stockholm. Our journey takes us across the Oresund to the forests and meadows of Småland. Then we travel past Lake Vättern before arriving in Stockholm. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 5 - Stockholm sightseeing – At sea
Today our sightseeing tour includes the Royal Palace and a visit to the City Hall to see the Gold Room. Then our Tour Director shows us a Hidden Treasure of this charming town before we have free time to shop or wander through the old town before boarding our Silja Line ship for an overnight mini-cruise to Finland. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 6 - At sea – Helsinki
An early arrival in Helsinki this morning followed by a sightseeing tour showing us Finlandia Hall, the Senate and Market Squares, broad boulevards and the domed Russian Church. This evening why not try a local restaurant and enjoy some of the Finnish cuisine? (Buffet breakfast)

Day 7 - Helsinki – train – St. Petersburg (3 nights)
Today we depart from Helsinki by train, passing by the timber centre of Kotka and through the forests of Karelia until we reach the Russian border. Soon after we arrive in the great historic and cultural city of St. Petersburg where we will enjoy complimentary champagne with dinner tonight. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 8 - St. Petersburg sightseeing and at leisure
Featured on our sightseeing tour this morning are the Tsar’s Winter Palace, Nevsky Prospekt, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, the Russian Museum, the statue of Peter the Great and a visit of the Peter and Paul Fortress. Later, we enjoy an included excursion to Petrodvorets, the summer palace of Peter the Great, with the chance to admire the beautiful gardens and fountains. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 9 - Hermitage visit and at leisure
This morning we will drive to the Hermitage Museum with our local guide and visit the largest collections of paintings and beautiful artifacts in the world. The Hermitage occupies six magnificent buildings situated along the embankment of the River Neva, right in the heart of St. Petersburg. Put together throughout two and a half centuries, the Hermitage collection of works of art, which numbers over 3,000,000 items, represents the development of world culture and art from the Stone Age to the 20th century. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy, maybe explore this beautiful city further or just relax in a café with a glass of ice cold vodka? Tonight we enjoy a Farewell Dinner with our Tour Director and new-found friends! (Buffet breakfast / Farewell dinner)

Day 10 - Train from St. Petersburg to Moscow
You are transferred in the afternoon from your St. Petersburg hotel to the station to board your train for Moscow and we have a late dinner in the hotel on arrival this evening. (Dinner)

Day 11 - Moscow sightseeing
We enjoy a guided sightseeing tour which shows us Red Square, St Basil’s domed cathedral and a visit to the Kremlin. Later enjoy time on your own to shop or to explore. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 12 - Moscow at leisure
Today we have time at leisure or maybe take an excursion to Zagorsk, a center of ancient Russian art and architecture. Tonight maybe enjoy a thrilling night out at the Moscow State Circus or the Ballet? (Buffet breakfast)

Day 13 - Depart Moscow
You are transferred to the airport for your return flight home. (Buffet Breakfast)

Free airport transfers: Transfers on Day 2 at Copenhagen Airport will operate at 09.00, 12.00 and 15.30. Passengers arriving later should make their own way to the first hotel. Return transfers from the last hotel will arrive at St. Petersburg Airport at 03.00, 11.00 and 13.00.
