“Our tour manager, Oliver Treacy was excellent and accommodating to our travelers. Would like to have him again on a trip. It would have been helpful for him to use the radios when speaking so those with difficulty could hear easily. I would have liked more local specialists and staying in each place x2 nights to see the city we were in. It was wonderful NOT to feel rushed in the mornings with bags and early leaving times as we have experienced on coach tours.

“The trip was excellent and our tour guide, Beth Mohan, and bus driver, Joe Hall, were fantastic. When the weather canceled our tram ride up the mountain, Beth had an alternative at sea Aquarium which was lovely. Especially loved watching the puffins. Wish the rail company had told us the bus was going everywhere with us with our luggage as the train restrictions on size made it difficult and unable to pack some necessities like a pillow. I thought the train would be my favorite but the tour boat out into the sound was even more impressive getting up close to the glaciers and seeing other animals. Would definitely reommend this trip to others.

“This was a wonderful trip - Julie Wilkes our guide went above and beyond to make sure we saw all important sites. Everywhere we stayed was great! The food was also great. The train ride was fun and Julie made sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who likes to be on the go and experience as much as possible. We heard Am Track was updating their sleeping cars which would interest us as we took this trip in coach. My one recommendation for this trip would be to take the extra day at Glacier and add it to the time spent in Yellowstone - could definitely use more time there. Also the eating situation at the Canyon Lodge was the worst of any meal situations. Hopefully they will be able to improve this. All in all a great trip - such beautiful parks hard to complain.
