“We did a 13 day tour of America's Great National Park in 2019 and were extremely happy with everything about the tour. Great hotel accommodation, great food, great tour guide, nice bus, excellent hotel check in/out and baggage handling. I can not cite one instance where we thought VBR put profits over the comfort of travelers. I have to especially mention the tour guide - very knowledgable and went out of his way in making us all comfortable. We have booked a tour this summer to Alaska.
