Start your day with a trip to Alcatraz. Previously having housed such A-list criminals as Al "Scarface" Capone, George "Machine Gun" Kelly, and hot-headed "Bumpy" Johnson, Alcatraz was once considered one of the most dangerous and inescapable prisons in the nation. Alcatraz is now a beloved attraction and National Park with a scenic ferry ride transporting you to and from Pier 33 in Fisherman's Wharf.

Conclude your day back on the mainland with a grand tour of the city, one of the most soulful cities on the West Coast. Your tour will commence with a drive along the famous waterfront, with views of the San Francisco Bay and Alcatraz Island. Take a leisurely walk through these giant reds and find your center. In the afternoon, enjoy a complimentary sampling of wines from 3 small boutique Napa or Sonoma wineries. With at least 45 minutes to relax at each winery, you'll have the opportunity to try 5 to 10 wines at each place. The best part? You can purchase as many as you like to take home.
