This afternoon, a Small-group Panoramic Syndey City Tour visits the historic Rocks area, the Central Business District and Macquarie Street, and Mrs. Macquarie's Point to enjoy views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Lunch is served onboard as the train enters the southern tip of the spectacular and ancient Flinders Ranges, and in the afternoon, the Indian Pacific arrives in the city of Adelaide. Disembarking here, you can tour the city, visit the world-famous Barossa Valley or McLaren Vale wine regions, or take a trip to the Adelaide Hills and experience the culinary delights of Hahndorf. Return to the train after your chosen excursion for another relaxing evening on the train.

Wake to the vast beauty of the Nullarbor Plain drifting by your window this morning. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast as you travel along the longest stretch of straight railway track in the world, taking in the incredible views. In the evening, depending on the weather, you can enjoy dinner under the desert's starry skies in the remote and beautiful Rawlinna.

The remainder of the day is yours to get acquainted with the capital of Western Australia. This relaxed city is awash in beautiful, sunny beaches, vibrant art, and fantastic culture, giving you much to explore during your free evening.

Your time in Perth also includes an excursion to Rottnest Island. Make your way to Pier 4 Elizabeth Quay Perth Barrack Street Jetty in the morning and depart on the Rottnest Express ferry to Rottnest Island.
