Communication prior to and during the trip was undesirable. You caused unnecessary anxiety with wrong information about our starting and end dates of our trip. Please don’t do this to your customers, especially when they have paid the full invoice of the trip

Both experiences were terrific! The rail portion from Zurich to Basel was spectacular aided by our terrific guide Ian. Pack light travel bag versus large suitcase making transfers easier. The cruise on Amadeus was equally spectacular with great ports of call and outstanding food and service.

STRESSFUL, MISREPRESENTED, UNORGANIZED! This was supposed to be an ESCORTED trip. We were completely on our own trying to navigate 3 commuter trains, with all our luggage, in a country were we don't speak the language. I was awful. We were told there was no difference between 1st class and 2nd class as they were exactly the same experience. THIS WAS A LIE! When our guide finally showed up in Davos, they made a HUGE production of repeatedly calling out "1st class" and "2nd class group". Over and over we were humiliated by this separation to the extremely crowded, over heated back of the train. It was mortifying. We obviously would have gone 1st class had we been told this information. Not to mention the 1st class group went to the nicest hotels and had much better food. The scenery was beautiful, but of course that has nothing to do with you. I plan on posting this information to my 129,034 followers next week if I don't hear from you.
