About the tour

Embark on a well-paced journey to some of the most popular destinations in the American Southwest. Your adventure begins in Las Vegas, the Entertainment Capital of the World, before traveling into the heart of canyon country. Your discoveries take you to one of the greatest Natural Wonders of the World, the Grand Canyon, as well as three of Utah's "Mighty 5" National Parks. Your epic journey reaches an apex as you board Rocky Mountaineer for the ultimate all-daylight, all-dome luxury rail journey from the red rocks of Moab, across the Continental Divide, to Denver.

Day 1- Las Vegas

Arrive in Las Vegas and explore the 'Entertainment Capital of the World'. Overnight in Las Vegas.

Day 2 - Las Vegas to Bryce Canyon

Today, take the scenic motorcoach guided tour from Las Vegas to Bryce Canyon via Zion National Park. Known for its towering mountains and red canyons, carved out by the Virgin River, Zion National Park offers both easy and challenging hikes toadmire the rugged landscapes. Overnight in Bryce Canyon.

Day 3 - Bryce Canyon to Lake Powell

Explore Bryce Canyon National Park, home to the largest collection of hoodoos in the world, and Grand Canyon National Park, one of the world's natural wonders, on a guided motorcoach tour en route to the popular vacation resort, Lake Powell. Overnight in Lake Powell.

Day 4 - Lake Powell to Moab

Depart Lake Powell on a guided motorcoach tour that will take you from Lake Powell to Moab via Monument Valley, known for its towering red sandstone buttes. You'll board a 4-wheel drive vehicle for a scenic tour of Monument Valley that includes John Ford Point, Artist Point and The Totem Pole, as well as learn more about Navajo culture and their traditions. Overnight in Moab.

Day 5 - Moab

Enjoy a guided motorcoach tour of Arches National Park, one of Utah's 'Mighty 5' national parks. Arches National Park features accessible walks to see the famous red sandstone arches. Overnight in Moab.

Day 6 - Moab to Glenwood Springs

Enjoy a half-day guided tour of Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park in the morning. Depart Moab in the afternoon and travel onboard Rocky Mountaineer. You'll cross the Utah-Colorado border with stunning mountain views in the background before arriving in the resort town of Glenwood Springs. Overnight in Glenwood Springs.

Day 7 - Glenwood Springs to Denver

Depart Glenwood Springs and travel onboard Rocky Mountaineer. Take in the spectacular views of rugged canyons and the Colorado River before crossing the Continental Divide. Soon, you'll reach the vibrant city of Denver. Overnight in Denver.
