We are part of the UK-based Great Rail Journeys family, and together we are an award-winning tour operator with more than 50 years' experience in designing exceptional vacations all around the word. Our focus is always on our customers - we take more than 50,000 on vacation each year. We don't believe in hierarchy. What we do believe in is that everyone is equally valuable. In our relaxed but professional environment, our CEO, Dave, and our Senior Vice President, Liz, encourage everyone to speak up and challenge the things that they think could be improved. It's important that everyone is respected and feels able to offer their opinions as part of the family. Liz and Dave also host regular Town Hall meetings to keep everyone updated on our progress.
