I give it only a 4 because the overnight train ride from Chicago to Denver was rough. Amtrack doesn't really invest in their trains and the tracks are owned by the freight companies. The full day train ride from Denver to Grand Junction was really nice. I really enjoyed the Balloon festival. I would definitely travel with this company again.
