It poor valve for the money, our agent was more interested in commissions than giving us a value for our money trip. As in; suggestion to travel on to Seattle after our stay in Glacier for more cost effective. Which would be16 hour trip from Glacier. As we found out after trying to make changes due to the lengthy 30 hour trip from Glacier back to Chicago. Not only were we not able to change, if any credit or refund was to be returned it, the money, would go to the agents company. As our monies for payment to the trip was placed in thier account and then thier credit card was used to purchase the Amtrack train excursion. Nothing worse than the fact we got taken by this company. Due your homework and information gathering about medical, refunds, fully informed about the options of other travel points.

The national park was BEAUTIFUL! The guides for our boat and bus tours were super informative. The train experience was so-so. The Roomette wasn't as clean as I'd have liked. Amtrak unloaded our checked luggage at the wrong station. This delayed our luggage arrival by more than a day and meant we had to make an extra trip to the Amtrak station.
