Great trip! The Rockies were beautiful and the train was fun. The one night on the train was a challenge, but it was a train. And the food was great and everyone who worked on the train were so accommodating and nice. They seemed to love what they do. I would recommend this trip to everyone.

Highly anticipated trip. While it was good, there were a number of areas that could be improved, particularly the quality of the accommodations in various towns, the ability to contact the tour operator, and the written instructions received for various aspects of the tour.

We had a wonderful time on this trip from Vancouver to the Canadian Rockies. Everything went smoothly. The only disappointment is the booking of the Canadian Rail Sleeper class, the agent informed us 3 months after we placed our deposits that the lower berth Sleeper bed was all booked up and wanted us to upgrade. Even if we settled for all upper berth Sleeper bed which is cheaper, we were still charged the same price.

I found that this trip was a wonderful adventure. We did run late due to all the traffic on the rail lines, but after that the rest of the trip occurred on time and was excellent.

We took the 7-day train and motorcoach trip. The travel was well organized. Food on the train was excellent. All of the hotel accommodations were good. They arranged sightseeing excursions that took us to spectacular sights.

This would've been 5 plus except for the train portion. We were delayed by 4 hours with no compensation by via rail and they knew when we left we would be delayed. Perfectly awful customer service. The rest of the trip was excellent, great accommodations, food and the guides and transportation were first class. I am disappointed in via rail but I'm glad the worst part of my honeymoon trip came first. Thanks for the great ending.
