Vacationsbyrail was great! When they didn't have the answer they found it and got back to us in a timely Manner. Very helpful. Trip was great. Wish the route accommodated seeing more of the Rockies ( went thru much of them at night) but I guess that's another trip where you stay in the national Parks and travel on the train by day. This trip was about riding the train and sleeping on it so we were super happy with it all!

Wonderful experience on the train..lovely food and service. Berth was small, but we expected that. Would have liked a little more information on a daily basis about the limited onboard experiences available, but were able to capture a few. The experience of seeing the varied terrain from Vancouver to Toronto was breathtaking.

The trip was great. I have a suggestion regarding the start of it. Clearer info re the special place to meet at the Toronto train station would have been more helpful.

This was a wonderful trip. The timing of receiving the final information was perfect. The voucher type sheets were recognized at all of the appropriate vendors with no questions ask. When the packet arrived, I saw the typed pages and thought I bet some will not recognize them---NOT SO---every vendor from the airport transport to hotel, hotels, tour guides and trolley venders never questioned us even once, but honored the Vacations by Rail papers. Our contact with Vacations By Rail was helpful and she offered just the right amount of service and suggestions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation that was on our 'bucket list'!
